I am a results-oriented professional with over 10 years of diverse experience in project coordination, supply chain management, and operations across reputed organizations such as Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited, GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh, and Oris Corporation. My academic background in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by an MBA in HRM and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, enables me to blend technical insight with strong managerial acumen.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Executive – Business Development at Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited, where I successfully led the implementation of a new wheat flour project. This initiative improved manpower engagement by 25% and optimized operational performance. I’m deeply involved in budgeting, production planning, raw material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and SAP-based inventory management. My ability to manage end-to-end supply chain functions ensures smooth operations and effective delivery performance aligned with business goals.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Executive in Supply Chain at Oris Corporation, focusing on mechanical spare parts and equipment sales, as well as supplier and customer relationship development. At GlaxoSmithKline, I served as a Production Scheduler, where I generated production plans, ensured availability of raw and packaging materials, and maintained key KPIs. My role involved close coordination with stakeholders to prevent stockouts and maintain on-time delivery schedules.

In earlier roles, I gained hands-on experience as a Statistical Programmer using SAS, and as an Assistant Engineer at a shipyard, where I handled technical issues, material planning, and coordination with technical authorities. I also interned with Lafarge Surma Cement’s IT team, where I contributed to system documentation and IT support functions.

My training in problem-solving, supply chain, AutoCAD, PLC, and advanced Excel further supports my ability to take on complex operational challenges. I’m proficient in SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SPSS, and statistical tools such as SAS. I’ve developed a strong ability to work under pressure, multitask across departments, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
