This project involved separating Metalcasting France from the Imerys Group. Key activities included:
FI-CO Data Migration (Carve-out): Migrating General Ledger (GL) master, Accounts Payable (AP) master, Financial
(FI) and Controlling (CO) documents, and some periodic Assets from SAP S/4HANA to ECC (via SLT and BODS
including BAPIs and LSMW tools). This also involved creating master data and activating and customizing of Material
Ledger (Costing variant OKKN, Cost component split OKTZ including actual costing, and COGS…)
SAP Serrala Implementation FS² Autobank :
Customizing banking and payment processes, including configuring manual payments, customizing bank master data
(OBPM3, OBPM4, FBZP), creating DMEE structures for various banks (US, Germany, Italy), Customizing bank
payment processing(/HOAG/**) managing access for bank operations approvers.
Activity 2: AMS & Enhancements for Calderys World and Metalcasting France/Italy/Germany

Project: Full process Implementation of module SAP Asset Accounting:
• Implementation SAP AA (best practices) and Legacy data migration (specific design)
This project involved a comprehensive implementation of SAP Asset Accounting, following best practices
and including legacy data migration. The process was structured into sprints:
Sprint 1: Backlog Activities This phase focused on initial planning and configuration, including:
Analysis and Design: Conducting blueprint analysis, gap analysis, and road map design,
Configuration: Configuring depreciation areas, methods, and keys; designing master and transactional data migration from
legacy system
Asset Management Setup: Setting up asset creation processes (via Purchase Order and direct master data creation),
configuring fixed asset reports, and defining asset transfers, retirements, depreciation, and capitalization transactions. This also
included configuring asset class and account determination.
Sprint 2: End-to-End Testing and Training This phase concentrated on validating the implemented solution and ensuring user
readiness, including:
Process Demonstration: Demonstrating key user processes, such as asset master data creation.
Training: Providing comprehensive training on asset master data creation, transfers, depreciation, retirement, and General
Ledger postings for Assets Under Construction (AuC) and final assets.
