controls so income under/overspend is known on a rolling
basis and can more accurately be forecast/adjusted.
Budget re-forecasting. Assisting in the re-forecasting
process by producing budget recommendations for each reforecasting cycle.
2022 budget. Assisting in the budgeting process by
producing lead forecasts, campaign modelling and
income/expenditure projections.

Responsible for developing and managing direct marketing
campaigns from beginning to end in order to maintain and
grow income to Concern Worldwide from individual cash
and regular givers
Full campaign management included briefing agencies,
sourcing material, liaising with the data team to do complex
data selections, agreeing on creative concepts, overseeing
copy and artwork development at each creative round,
setting up and monitoring campaign fulfilment, analysis and
reporting, managing costs and invoice processing
Analysed and reported results at the end of every campaign,
checking the final results against the planned budget, target
and objectives set, monitoring which audience responded
better than expected and how any tests performed
