I have over 10 years of customer service experience which enabled me to listen effectively and communicate clearly. Though I am new in this industry I strongly believe that I have certain qualities of a good General Virtual Assistant and I’m so thrilled about this opportunity.

I work with immense enthusiasm and positivity. I am dependable and a hard-working person who believes that honesty and integrity bring about a lasting working relationship. I'm also a strong believer that diversity is one of the major considerations in today's workplace and finds comfort in learning about different cultures which I think will help me generate qualified leads and establish business relationships.

My experience working in the service industry around Europe has allowed me the luxury to interact and build rapport with International customers. This has also allowed me the opportunity to learn both the Italian and French languages at an intermediate level which made assisting customers relatively easier.

I aim to deliver successful predictable results with 100% customer satisfaction and in the process develop patterns that would enable the system to be familiar and easily duplicated which would, in turn, provide stability and allow the business to thrive.

What makes me stand out among other candidates would be my commitment and honesty. I would never accept a job until I’m confident I can deliver and even exceed the client's expectations.

I understand how to perfectly pace both my time and energy making sure that both are employed effectively and efficiently throughout the day. As a result, I never get depleted especially when I pursue a certain interest that I am passionate about. I get a strong feeling of fulfillment whenever I get introduced to new things and learnings particularly regarding current trends and technology.

My general motivation is to go further from where I am now. I do believe that this can be achieved through upskilling and constantly learning new things, coupled with my drive and the ability to tailor-fit my approach to whoever or whatever I set my mind to, I think I'll always be palatable and a perfect fit to whatever organization.
