I’ve been working in customer support for more than six years now, and for me, it’s always been more about solving problems than just replying to messages. I like understanding what’s actually going on when something isn’t working and helping the person on the other end feel clear again.

Most of my experience is remote, handling chat and email support using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, and Gorgias. I’m used to busy queues, but I don’t rush conversations just to close tickets. I take a bit of time to get the full picture and respond in a way that feels simple, calm, and useful.

One thing I naturally do is notice patterns, the same questions or confusion points that keep coming up, and I like sharing that so things can improve over time, not just for one customer but across the board.

I’m easy to work with, I take ownership of my tasks, and I don’t need much supervision to stay consistent. I just focus on doing the work properly and making things a bit easier wherever I can.
