Responsible for the companies administrative needs, bookkeeping/quickbooks, web design,
scheduling, various tasks and errands, marketing and promotions, graphic design and social
media networking.
• Mud Pie Traveling Pottery Studio July 2014 - Current Owner/Operator
Responsible for all aspects of the business. Including but not limited to class/
event instruction and supervision marketing, social media and sales.
• Didomenico Guitar Co. August 2012 - Current - Artist Relations, Marketing
Director. Guitar manufacturing company. Responsibilities include all marketing and
promotional needs, curating new artists and nurturing new and current artist
relations. Some design work and consulting as well.
• Quantum Marketing Co. May 2012 – Current Owner/Operator
Graphics and Media company that has branched out from web and graphic design
to also include administrative duties and event production. We assist with
numerous types of entertainment and business clients and their unique
administrative needs, bookkeeping, web design, travel arrangements, various
tasks and errands, marketing and promotions, concert, festival and event and
trade show logistics and coordination, social media networking.
• J. Madison Photography May 2008 - Current Owner I am the owner and
operator of J. Madison Photography. I handle all aspects of the business, daily
operations, photography, book keeping, scheduling, marketing and promotions.
• The Oriolo Guitar Co. Dec 2010 - May 2012 Director of Sales and Production The
Oriolo Guitar Co. is a guitar manufacturing company. During my time with this
company I undertook such tasks as full inventory control and set systems in place
for tracking inventory, pricing both wholesale and retail, as well as quality control,
sales and budget reports, all inside and outside sales, invoicing, purchasing and
billing. I have experience with international importing and exporting of goods. I
was in charge of all of the marketing aspects of the company both in print, tv,
radio and online social media. Also, during my time with this company we opened
a retail location. For this role I handled the duties of preparing the store for the
initial opening, merchandising, cash and inventory control systems set in place as
well as all of the duties I was currently handling prior to the retail location.
• Guitar Con Inc. June 2010 - May 2012 Executive Producer Tasks included sales
for the vendor spaces at the convention, liaison for the company dealing with all
contracted staff, vendors, entertainers and fielding the numerous amounts of
correspondence for an event of this magnitude, promotions and marketing (both
in print, tv, radio and online social media), contracts and agreements, reports,
budgeting, logistics and organization of the event prior, during and after.
Scheduling of events within the convention and ensuring that they run on
schedule.
• Restaurant and Retail Ownership November 1997 - June 2008 Owner
During these years I owned and operated 3 different restaurants (Street Pizza, J,
Island Patio, Courtside Café) and two different retail outlets (What‘s Hot, Truly
Yours), which were all successful thriving businesses. The duties involved with
being an operating owner of a restaurant or retail location include everything from
cooking, serving and helping with the daily operations, but I also dealt with all of
the behind the scenes inventory, ordering, food costs/cost of goods, book keeping,
scheduling of employees, payroll and numerous other tasks. When I purchased or
started these companies it was with the full intention of making them successful,
profitable and equitable so they could be considered for future sale. All of the
businesses listed here were sold for profit based upon the numbers and the good
faith of and evident successfulness of the business.
• Greenburg Dental May 1995 - October 1997 Certified Dental Assist. My
responsibilities included patient care, charting, x-rays, scheduling, answering
phones, instrument sterilization, general office maintenance, keeping the office on
schedule and fully functioning.
• Friendly’s Ice Cream Corp. July 1993 - May1995 Server/ Cook/Training Mgr.
While working for this company I learned all aspects of the restaurant industry. I
was often sent to numerous stores to cover shifts with the ability to handle all
positions of the restaurant without losing efficiency and with minimal or no training.
I would also train new employees of the company.
