Tanya Charron

I’ve worked in customer service for the past seven years now, have handled small online forum communities, and provided other assisting work as a personal assistant and project manager. I like to learn and cater my skills to my clients needs.

I have in the past ran my own small online forum community for a game, I answered questions, helped newcomers find their way, helped judge contests, made some guides, and written community announcements. My seven years in a customer service position have helped me develop client-focused online, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. I've helped run social media accounts on various platforms, written community update blogs, and worked on a kickstarter campaign as well.

I am also a part-time student doing three certificates for a BA. My areas of study are screenplay writing, video game studies, and literary creations (in progress). I’ve worked with various video editing software for the past 6 years, it’s one of my favorite things to do.
