Head of Talent Reason for leaving: Due to organizational restructuring, the Talent team was reduced in size. As a result, the Head of Talent position was no longer required. The company offered an alternative position, which I respectfully declined to pursue. Led the entire recruitment department, managing a peak team of 24 tech recruiters, later streamlined to 11 due to organizational changes. Supervised a team of 6 recruiters and directly managed the Talent Manager, who oversaw an additional 5 team members.
