Tanisha Mendiratta

I am a recent BBA graduate from the International School of Management Excellence (ISME), with a dual specialization in Finance and Human Resources. Passionate about HR, recruitment, financial planning, and digital innovation, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, social media strategy, event promotion, and NGO work. My global exposure was enriched through a visit to the Changi Experience Studio in Singapore, where I deepened my understanding of customer experience, technology, and innovation. I have earned certifications in Financial Planning and Investment, Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite. My work has also included academic research on rural education and business models. Additionally, winning ‘The Next Super Model of Delhi 2022’ and walking the ramp for Lakme enhanced my communication skills, confidence, and personal branding. I am now seeking full-time opportunities in HR, recruitment, or finance to apply my diverse skills, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully to dynamic teams and impactful work environments.
