I am an industrious, dedicated and a creative individual that have used my knowledge and potential to dominate the customer service industry in a positive and fulfilling way. I have been doing this by generally facilitating self-actualization to ensure that my job is done to the best of my ability. I have been a customer care representative for the past two years. My record is one of academic excellence as I am a dreamer, believer and a go getter. I am a graduate of the Brown’s Town Community College where dignity, decorum and discipline are our pledge; I pursued an Associate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management where I have learnt excellent leadership and communication skills which is vital to the success of any organization whose main goal is to provide superb customer service to all individuals that aims at exceeding their expectations. As a previous customer care representative I understand the importance of building customer relationships and that excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial to the success of acquiring organizational goals.

My greatest communication skills entails; Great telephone personality: speaking, active listening adaptability, Patience, ability to take and follow instructions, adept at anticipating and responding to customer’s needs, ensure perfect working of the tools and equipment employed to execute high quality work, good arithmetic and multitasking skills, and always having an energetic and positive attitude. When given the opportunity to work with others I always further portray my goals and aid in facilitating the institution with my experience and love and knowledge in providing exceptional service to individuals that will exceed their expectations and leave them satisfied.
