Nice to meet you all, my name is Tania Ruiz, I am an Architect in Interior Spaces, commercial Architect, Illustrator, and Real Estate Consultant.

I have 6 years of experience on real estate development, project coordination and design, mostly residential, but also commercial projects.

My experience has been from the design process, meetings with clients, project presentation, selection of finishes, interior proposals, construction coordination, commercial communication, legal procedures, coordination of the construction team, follow up on invoices and client documentation, post-acquisition services and LEED certifications.

And I have been involved as well in the comercial area, promoting and selling the presale projects of the company, prospecting clients, daily training for sales strategies, presentations to clients and agencies, tours, negotiations, closing deals and financing of the projects and follow up on each topic.

As an illustrator, I have a complete portfolio of all the things I have done on my own as an artist.
