I’m a UI/UX designer with a background in data analysis and over 10 years of experience working across E-Commerce and SaaS environments. My work focuses on understanding user behavior, simplifying complex workflows, and translating insights into structured, scalable design solutions.
In my current role, I collaborate with multiple designers across product lines to maintain consistency through design systems and workflow optimization. By organizing user flows and aligning stakeholders around clear design reasoning, I contributed to a 25% reduction in task flow steps during a recent redesign of a core SaaS workflow.
My perspective on design is also shaped by personal experience. Having repeatedly navigated ticketing and merchandise platforms where users have little choice but to use the service, I became deeply aware of how power dynamics and friction influence user experience. This reinforced my belief that UX is not only about usability, but about responsibility.
I actively participate in an accessibility-focused non-profit community and regularly write about UX topics. I’m particularly interested in contributing to teams that value research-driven decisions, inclusive design, and high-quality implementation.
I continuously explore and adopt new tools and workflows, especially those enabled by AI, to improve how ideas are translated into real products. Through this process, I’m moving toward becoming a more independent product builder who can take ownership from concept to execution.
