for the #1 school of nursing in the United States and #3 in the world. Developed and executed awardwinning branding and recruitment campaigns across multimedia platforms while managing a $2.6 million
budget and leading a high-performing team of eight. Enhanced the School’s global reputation by promoting
its world-renowned faculty, research, education, and policy advocacy. Increased website SEO by 75%
through a strategic redesign. Served as Managing Editor for the School’s nationally acclaimed magazine
and blog, and as Public Information Officer for crisis communications. Promoted from Director of Marketing

Led marketing and communications for Henrico Doctors’ three hospitals and two emergency centers, as well
as regional and divisional campaigns, managing annual budgets over $1.9 million. As part of the leadership
team, wrote and edited communications, served as media spokesperson, and led social media efforts,
increasing followers by 64% in one year. Developed and managed events for up to 4,000 attendees,
supported service line promotions and paid advertising, and managed marketing staff.

• Created a billboard and social media brand awareness campaign featuring newborns from Henrico
Doctors’ Hospital, which gained nationwide media attention, including coverage from ABC News

Led VCU's online marketing and social media efforts, managing the university’s Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube, LinkedIn, and other departmental accounts. Directed an 80-member Social Media Administrators
group and provided consultation on digital communications and branding. Represented the university as a
social media and online marketing expert at various events and coordinated major university celebrations
such as Alumni Month and the 40th Anniversary. Produced the Emmy-winning TV series ‘It’s VCU’ and
boosted VCU merchandising sales by 26%.

Elevated the TeamMS campaign by cultivating relationships with major corporations to secure sponsorships
and create teams for key events. Initiated and presented detailed fundraising programs for corporate teams
and organized statewide signature events, such as the MS Walk, Phantom Walker, and MS150, which
collectively raised thousands of dollars for MS research.
Planned and executed business development events for up to 700 attendees in major financial hubs such
as New York City, Boston, and Chicago. Created marketing materials, including presentations and print
collateral, and coordinated tradeshow exhibit participation. Launched a comprehensive CRM training
program, managed relationships with partner companies and charitable organizations, and negotiated
contracts with B2B aggregators.
Managed the client relationship with the Chemical Manufacturers Association, composing press releases
