I hold an associate degree in Business Studies and have over eight years of experience in the call center and customer support industry. Throughout my career, I’ve gained hands-on experience in customer support, technical support, chat support, and content moderation.

I’ve worked across multiple industries, including e-commerce, solar, technology, and warranty services, which has helped me become adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes. I’m also experienced with a variety of tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Gorgias, and Notion.

In my previous roles, I’ve assisted customers with everything from very basic inquiries to more complex issues, through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and SMS. I always aim to provide clear, efficient, and friendly support while ensuring each customer has a smooth experience.
