I have more than 10 years of experience providing high-quality communication services for a variety of fields, including technical writing/editing, media writing, and email marketing. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master’s Certificate in Technical Communication.

I have email marketing proficiency in Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and MailerLite as well as social media marketing experience via the following platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Business Manager. I am also well versed in a variety of collaboration tools, such as Slack, Basecamp, Asana, and Front.
