Accomplished executive with strong academic credentials and over 10 years of experience in project coordination,
consulting, and international affairs. Proven track record in managing complex, transformative initiatives, drafting
strategic documents, leading negotiations, and organizing high-level forums, conferences, seminars, and training
programs.
Extensive experience in both Georgia and currently the Czech Republic, leading teams and coordinating projects and
programs implemented by international organizations and financial institutions, including the EBRD, EIB, GIZ, USAID,
UNDP, and the European Commission. Areas of expertise include energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate

The long-term organizational and communication strategy for Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency
With the support of USAID, the National Competition Agency developed a long-term organizational and communication strategy. In
parallel with the adoption of amendments to the Georgian Law "On Competition," antidumping legislation came into force in 2021,
and the Agency’s relevant department began operations. Additionally, the staff of the Public Procurement Dispute Resolution Board
commenced their work under the Agency's structure. Given these new developments, rebranding and the creation of long-term
organizational and communication strategies were crucial for the Agency in effectively managing these changes.
