My main focus is creating successful teams with strong skills in self-organization and cross-functionality and a drive for continuous improvement. I support Product Owners in visualising progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the product. In an agile environment, I assist the product owner in efficiently obtaining requirements through extensive research, writing product backlog items.

In a general context, my focus is to define client needs, clarify requirements, provide solutions, visualize and document them. This narrow list of services allows my clients to feel confident about receiving what they expect as a result of software development.

My track record...

⭐ Successfully led an agile transformation initiative of a non agile cross-functional team of 15 in the tech space to agile with effective scrum implementation, and they slowly started to continously deliver value every sprint.

⭐ Led a team of 5 using scrum to deliver a state of the art micro-banking solution locally

⭐ Trained both tech and non-tech teams on agile practices and how it is implemented.

⭐ Currently acquiring knowledge myself on scrum and agile on how to better impact businesses and change mindsets.
