Taieed Zahra

I am a social entrepreneur and a trainer working with Youth for their capacity building and Women for developing their entrepreneurial skill through training Programs. I love to create content through research, my knowledge and experience I have Master’s degree in English Literature with one year diploma in linguistics. I started my professional career in 2005 as a teacher then joined a multinational company telecommunication company serving in different departments for good 5 years. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 when I opened an order based online clothing business called Samotcha Clothing. While being in business I got selected by World Bank for WomenX; an entrepreneurship certification that helped me standardize my business. In 2017 I cofounded a training and development social enterprise aiming at Youth development and Women empowerment in smaller cities of Pakistan where there are lesser opportunities of personal development and economic growth. To master the field, I got training certification from School of Leadership. In these 4 years I have worked with Corporate (Public & Private) and Academia (Students & Teachers) training around 9000 people through different training programs in various cities. My specialty as a trainer is the content I design for my clients as per their need; with 100% guarantee of achieving the very objectives defined.

I am always ready to learn new skills and enhance the ones I already possess. My positive attitude, adaptability, professional approach and communication skills have always play a key to my productivity and success. I believe hard work and constant learning open new ways of growth. My diverse work experience has widened my perspective about life and people.
