I am Microsoft Office 365, HCIA, HCIP (R&S), HCIA-Security, HCIA-AI Certified, and CCNA Trained. I am a PEC(Pakistan Engineering Council) Certified engineer and PEC Certified Supervisor.

I have experience in Providing assistance to end-user users pertaining to PC technical problems, printers, mobile devices, and applications.
