2- From Oct. 1999 to Current: At District Administration, ICT - Islamabad
I have been working as Secretary Union Council/Liaison official in the Dept. of Local Govt. and Rural Development Islamabad. According to my job requirements, I have to perform my duties in the area of following disciplines:
1- Provision of Administrative, Management, and Operational and Secretarial duties for the Department.
2- Assist Senior Administration to initiate new Project for community benefit as well as to enhance revenue for the Department , acquisition of land for new projects.
3- Assist Administrator Union Council in recruitment of daily wages Staff arrange test/interview and issue Appointment of Staff. Maintain employee Personal file, make Salary Statement and issue and payment at the end of the month.
4- Arrangement of public meetings/Seminars .
5- Organize and coordinate meetings, Take type and distribute minutes of meetings Maintain schedules and calendars, Arrange and confirm appointments Handle incoming mail and other material Set up and maintain filing systems, Maintain databases Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information Liaison with internal and external contacts.
6- To arrange/ Calls tender notices of different development works pertaining to
Construction/Repair and maintenance of areas of my responsibilities assigned by my administrator Local Govt.
7- Supervision and Operational task of Weekly Bazars, Distribute weekly price list to the Fruit/Vegetable etc stall holders perform, Security arrangements for the Community Bazaar with the coordination of security officials like Police, Civil Defense and Union Council Guards, Parking o Public Vehicles, Register public complaints regarding overpricing and put up to the Administrator /Assistant Commissioner for fine and stall cancelation etc. Assist Administration for the allotment of new stall. Collect Monthly Fee from the stall holders and deposit into bank Account.
8- Supervision of Solid waste Project, in Collection of waste through vehicle and sanitary workers and dispose off at dumping site and report to the senior Officials.
9- To create atmosphere of close interaction between Govt. officials and residents of locality.
10- Close interaction with banks with home maintained bank accounts. To assist local administration to provide clerical help in connection of management of main events like general elections as well as other management tasks
11- To supervise water supply schemes of localities Organize and coordinate meetings with the notables of rural areas, Repair work with Assistance of Sub Engineer of Local Govt. and Rural Development.
12- Supervision of record keeping NADARA provided Software Civil Registration Management System(CRMS) like Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce and Issue their Certificates.
13- Prepare Annual Budget and approve from the Administrator and prepare documents for annual Audit.
