Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping people whether that means solving technical issues, answering questions, or simply making sure someone feels supported and valued. I enjoy being the bridge between technology and people, breaking down complex problems into simple, understandable solutions.

I’ve had the chance to work with customers from many different industries, and I pride myself on being able to adapt to each situation. From walking someone through a quick fix to troubleshooting more complex software, hardware, or network issues, I stay calm under pressure and focus on finding the right solution. I also know how important it is to create a positive experience for every customer, no matter how big or small their issue may be.

One of the things I value most is listening. I believe that truly hearing what a customer is saying—both the problem and the frustration behind it makes all the difference. This skill has helped me handle escalations smoothly, de-escalate tough situations, and build trust with clients.

On the technical side, I’m confident using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and different CRM platforms. I’ve also used remote troubleshooting tools to quickly resolve issues. Beyond solving problems in the moment, I’ve contributed to long-term improvements by documenting solutions, creating helpful knowledge base articles, and working with teams to prevent recurring issues.
