A. Corporate seminar Management Project: Description: This is a project where the client requirement to build an app For various seminars organised by the corporation. Corporate seminar Management Was implemented in salesforce.com Roles and responsibilities: • As per the business requirement, we created a various objects under corporate seminar Management app. We created users of the system. • Worked on relationships. Created a self-registration page using lightning flow and assigned to a user. Academic Details: • Worked on workflows and triggers for the email alerts. Worked on security model and dynamic approval process. • Worked on visual force pages and triggers. • Created various reports and dashboards

B. Insurance Project: Description: A leading provider of life insurance and risk management resources than any other insurer in the nation. They are using Salesforce application to sell their different insurance products to the customers. The Sales representative creates campaigns, generate leads and follow up to create Client Insurance opportunities to sell their insurance policies. This Sales management was implemented in Salesfroce.com Roles and responsibilities: • Involved in the design of the application. • Understand and worked on the Lead management process. Worked on standard objects Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities.
