I believe the importance of emotional connection in designing a website & I always work to the best of my abilities to create and take care of that connection. I've studied HTML, CSS, Design Principles, WordPress Defaults, WordPress Customization & I spend most of my time building websites. I even pay to take the detailed course so that I could master those skills in WordPress.

As a Virtual Assistant, I'm expert in email handling (sorting & prioritizing), providing quality customer service, data entry, spreadsheet management, Google suite, Microsoft Office, Audio & Video transcription, Internet research (basic to extensive) & Social Media management.

My work is always of the highest quality & I believe that meeting deadlines & exceeding clients expectations are some of those important factors.
