I’m a Microbiology graduate from a reputable University in Nigeria. For over 7 years, I specialized in Administrative Management, Marketing and Customer Service. I never get tired of learning new things especially if it's something where I can grow more and build my personality. I have been working virtually for several international and national companies for over 5 years in the area of e-commerce. I love multitasking and learning new things and open to undergoing training if needed as I strive to become a valuable asset in your company while developing myself. I love to express technical information in a creative and simple manner.
I have worked with companies in executing specific customer services of the company’s products and services that are result oriented. I ensure customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty through leadership, mentoring and coordination of the branch staff. I have also learned and very capable to manage the company’s relationship of corporate and individual clients among others.
