Founded Paladin in 2009 with assistance from PwC, as an investment company to raise funds to support the planning profile and costs of UK land opportunities. Designed tax-structured products with assistance from PwC for profitable UK corporates. Secured two QC opinions ad presented the tax technology to senior tax partners in UK Top 20 accountancy firms. Following successful presentations, gained access to their most profitable clients and presented the product and tax technology to Shareholders & FD/CFO’s to secure investment.
Paladin quickly established a strong presence in the UK property sector and offered clients a range of unique investment opportunities supporting housing, leisure, regeneration and renewable energy projects.
Main responsibilities include:
Identification of sales opportunities for Transaction Tax, Transfer Pricing, M&A advisory VAT and the current suite of ‘silver bullets’.
Acquisition and development of new professional relationships with high net worth individuals with a view of identifying opportunities for fee-earning work whilst meeting the client’s needs.
Focus on forming relationships with key shareholders and senior management teams of companies listed in the Top Track 100, Fast Track 100, Sunday Times Rich List and the Property Rich List.
Assistance with formulation of sales and marketing business plans for EPC (London).
Chairing monthly partner business development meetings and quarterly London Business Development meetings.
Working closely with specialist teams to better understand their offerings and assist them in taking their products to market.
