As a customer service representative, I handle all customer complaint and consistently follows up to ensure the customer is satisfied. I also provide the organization with feedback as a means to improve our services as well as customer experience.

I worked with Justhired as a Global Human Resources Recruiter. I recruit for companies in Makati Philippine such as; Teleperformace Philippine Foundever and EXL companies. I set appointment between jobseekers and clients.

I have also worked with Fogmos professions, as a business development and protocol officer were, I conduct market research, I source new opportunity for the film, implement market strategies and communicate with potential stakeholders.
