JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with PowerChina International Group in their 600MW Monsoon Wind Power Project. This project enabled me
to work in the renewable industry and provided me with an exposure to work with international professionals and
technicalities involved in a cross-border project. The Job responsibilities include:
• Creating an inclusive, comprehensive and effective work program (Primavera Program; Level-5) which fulfills
the concerns of all the stakeholders involved in the project.
• Creating dashboards for progress tracking of transmission lines and Substations.
• Planning and scheduling of project activities, finances and resources. Creation of Weekly Target sheets for
timely completion of project within available resources.
• Periodic reporting includes preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR and PowerPoint presentations(occasionally).
• Assistance in composing of Disruption and Delay Claims, and EOT.
• Real-time Tracking of project, either it be through coordinating with site team or by frequent site visits.
PROJECTS' HIGHLIGHTS:
600MW MONSOON WIND POWER PROJECT
The aforementioned project is South Asia's largest cross border Wind Power Project. The Project is located on a difficult
terrain of Xekong, a province in Laos PDR. Although the project is located in Laos but the Electricity generated through
this project will be utilized by the neighboring country Vietnam. The Project consists of 133 Wind Turbines, 5
Substations and 1 Operation and Maintenance area providing a cumulative energy of 600MW.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with Chinese Railways Group 3 in their KBRT (Karachi Bus Rapid Transit)-Redline Project. The organization
enabled me to have an exposure with international professionals and technicalities involved in a government project.
The Job responsibilities include:
• Creating an inclusive, comprehensive and effective work program (Primavera Program; Level-5) which fulfills
the concerns of all the stakeholders involved in the project.
• Planning and scheduling of project activities, finances and resources. Execution plans were also shared with site
teams.
• Resources management, resources allocation and monitoring of resources either it be material, equipment
or labor resource.
• Periodic and prompt reporting of project within organization, and to employer and consultant. The periodic
reporting includes preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR and PowerPoint presentations(occasionally).
• Assistance in composing of sub-contracts, Disruption and Delay Claims, and EOT.
• Drafting of letters for real time correspondence with the relevant departments and officials in order to
streamline or expedite the workflow of project.
• Real-time Tracking of project, either it be through coordinating with site team or by frequent site visits.
• Development of concise yet comprehensive Dashboards.
PROJECT'S HIGHLIGHTS:
KARACHI BUS RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT-REDLINE
As a planning engineer, I came across various complexities involved in a public project either be it contractual
complexity or site complexity. The project comprises of 16 stations, 10 flyovers and 2 underpasses with a CRCP rigid
pavement stretches along a 12.85 KM length in a densely urbanized area. The project is located on one of the main
artery of Karachi i.e., University Road and stretches from Malir to Numaish.

ASSISTANT PLANNING ENGINEER PRINCIPAL BUILDERS
Worked with Principal Builders as an Assistant Planning Engineer at their various projects including but not limited to
Emaar Tower 3, Attock Cement Private Limited (ACPL), Engro propylene Plant, NRDI etc. The job responsibilities are
hereunder:
• Assistance in the preparation of work plan of projects aforementioned.
• Assistance in monitoring and controlling of projects aforementioned, particularly ACPL-Line 4.
• Tracking of projects either it be through coordination with site team or physical site visits.
• Assistance in preparation of EOTs and Claims.
• Resources allocation to work programs.
• Assistance in preparation of Technical Proposals for tendering process.
• Preparation of dossiers for various systems installed in projects, particularly for Emaar Pearl Tower 3 in the
Close out Phase.
• Estimation of quantities was also done for the aforementioned projects occasionally.
• Periodic reporting in the form of MPR for the aforementioned projects.

The project involved a lot of complexities as the nature of project demanded a high‐end living standard for the
residents. As, I worked on planning and execution of the various finishing items, MEP systems and closing phase of the
project which helped me in having an exposure to project closeout and resolving the punch‐list items.

he project provided me with an opportunity to have an exposure of the construction in the Industrial sector. The job
responsibilities involved proper tracking of construction of trenches, silos, kiln, and other structures; progress
reporting of the project; quantity takeoffs of complex structures and Labor management.

Showcased as Best Project of 2021 at NEDUET and UAFA website.
• A Steel Gantry of 12’x12’ was analyzed on ETABS and was modeled on Sketchup later.
• A scaled down model of the 3D concrete Printer was also analyzed on ETABS and modeled on Sketchup and
AutoCAD.
• A CMD was also designed while keeping the fresh and hardened properties of 3D concrete under considerations.
• The material testing was done as per the procedure outlined by ICC-ES committee.
• The Steel connections and Foundations were also designed, the foundations were designed considering the same
case of Light Pole Foundations.
• Layout of Printer working site was also made.
• The BOQ, Estimation, Planning and Procurement of the materials were also the scope of project. Lean
methodology was used in the whole process of procurement to minimize the cost while keeping the efficiency of
the equipment in place.
• The Fabrication of scaled down printer was done.
• The connection of Electrical equipment along with its G-coding was also done.
