I have started my career as an Assistant Architect, where I designed home layouts in 2D and 3D Models. After 2 successful years, I have transitioned into a technical support role in which I resolved Amazon customers' technical issues through phone, chat, and email. I have worked for 5 years at Amazon, where I've been promoted twice, first as an SME and then as a Team Manager. Looking forward to new roles now where I can resolve customer issues efficiently.
