My 12 year journey has been very exciting up till now. I have worked for decent companies in the past ranging from Banks to Non Govrnnmental Organizations designated at decent positions but most my time i have spent with Bussiness Processing Outsourcing companies.Reason would be that i started of from scratch in this field as a customer services representative and then was promoted as a team leader of a sales team later on I was heading the Training and Development Department of a 800+ resource company as a Manager.

During my time I have served under various departments and undergone through various training programs henceforth I am familiar with various campaigns like Mortgages, Medicare, Final Expense Insurane, Auto Care Insurance, Home Insurance, Home Improvements, Home Security, Financial Indexd Annuity, Solar and many more.

I also have experience with inbound calls weather customer support or customer care.
