Since then I have been working as Health Manager at various District Health Management posts in Punjab Health Department as Executive District Officer Health in various Districts and Medical Superintendent at District Headquarter Hospitals in Punjab. I have been practising planning in District Health Development, assessment of technical need and designing of training for capacity building through different vertical programs. The other focus of my working remained strengthening of Healthcare system through better planning with efficient use of resources using integration strategies within different programs of overlapping objectives . I have been involved in planning, monitoring, technical review of data of different programs in District like MNCH, HIV/AIDS Control Program, EPI, National Program for PHC and Family Planning.  My era of special focus in field remained enhancing Immunization services through EPI evolving special monitoring model and surveillance. I have been successfully conducting Polio Eradication Initiatives through convening National Immunization Days (NID) for Polio and routine EPI in the Districts of Attock, Khanewal, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar and Sheikhupura so far as EDO Health. I have been administering Hospital Management with a view to improve the service delivery quantitatively as well qualitatively, reducing lead time obstacles of the course of services, HR management, logistics and medicine supplies, waste management and infection control. The capacity improvement of Emergency Services and preparedness to meet any timely variation of load remain a focus of work during Hospital administration. I have been doing analytical evaluation of data, innovating concepts, presently I am working on functional integration of different vertical programs of health and health services components for strengthening of MCH services.  Education 1.
