WORK EXPERIENCE: 1) Company : Jones Lang LaSalle Property consultants Pvt Ltd Client Workplace : JP Morgan - Hyderabad & Bangalore (From Sep 2017 to Mar 2021) Designation BMS Controller : RESPONSIBILITY:  Continuous monitoring of the Status and parameters of the different equipment’s connected to the BMS system.  Monitoring and controlling the HVAC system in the BMS for its healthy operation and throttle the settings as per the requirements to maintain the standards.  Assign the complaints to the technicians based on the request raised by the employee, track the same and ensure the calls are closed before TAT.  To monitor the building management system (BMS) and FAS for alarms. To carry out a remote fix to resolve an alarm, or where not possible, raise a complaint log for vendor to investigate and fix the fault. Then follow up and ensure issue gets resolved.  If Fire Alarm is activated, acknowledge the same and immediately inform the technicians to examine the alert zone. Report the incident immediately as per escalation process.  Make best endeavor to resolve requests/complaints by the end-users while maintaining most courteous composure and adhering to standard engineering practices at all the time. Escalating non resolving calls immediately to AFM/FM/EM/CE.  Generating report on daily FD calls open and closing report etc.  Need to generate BMS snag points & logged the complaints to concern vendor for rectification.  Interface with Duty Managers and Technicians, providing a technical support and documentation of works undertaken.  Update critical equipment’s and energy readings on time as per the checklists provided  Scheduling in MS Excel a weekend planned preventive maintenance activity and coordinating with vendors and technicians for completion in stipulated time.  To close the Preventive maintenance tickets in the tool within a stipulated time. 2) Company : ETA ENGINEERING PVT LTD, BANGALORE Designation : Planning Engineer (HVAC) Years of Experience : From Dec 2011 to Nov 2016 RESPONSIBILITY:               Analysis of the HVAC Design & Requirement w.r.t GFC drawing, tender & BOQ Analysis of Sales correspondence, BOQ and prepare Deviation Statements Co-ordination for design clarifications with consultant and client. Float the enquiries to the vendors for the quotations and technical details. Preparation of RFQ, Equipment schedules.
