Sybil Kahuria

Sybil has seven (7) years multi-sectoral and regional professional experience in program coordination and management, with a focus on, community development, fundraising and partnerships, administration, team building research and training. She excels at coordination and planning, and to mobilize people and help organizations achieve their goals. She has hands on experience working with NGOs and experiential learning organizations. She has extensive skill in: capacity building programs, resource mobilizations, teambuilding, event management, partnership outreach, proposal writing amongst others.

Sybil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Community Development and a short course certificate for Trade and Gender Linkages in Least Developing Countries by UNCTAD. She has worked with organizations such as OWIT, Outburst Limited and Undugu Society of Kenya where she has contributed to the development and implementation of various programs and events. She has a proven track record of successful fundraising and have developed strong relationships with potential donors and sponsors, cultivating and stewarding these relationships over time. Sybil is a Risk Advisor at FirstIdea Consulting Limited.
