P ROJECTS:
Building Upsell and Cross-sell models – Analyzing the customer base of a client who is into
manufacturing and selling home appliances. There were 5 different categories in the client’s product
line. Objective was to cater the existing customer base to various categories and get customers
upgraded to premium products. Used logistic regression in the Upsell model to figure out whether a
customer is eligible for Upselling or not. Used Logistic regression along with Lookalike algorithm in the
Cross-sell model to bucket the customers for Cross selling. Customers from the output of the model
were campaigned using SMS, Email, SEM and Social channels with Upsell and Cross-Sell messages. This
resulted in 40% increase in sales within 3 months.
Consumer Scoring for a bank – Requirement was to give a score to each customer and segment the
customers based on their interaction with the bank. Built a consumer scoring model using RFM
(Recency, Frequency and Monetary) algorithm to segment the customers into different groups such as
Loyal, Potential, Nascent, Hibernators and Vanishers. This helped the client in identifying the set of
customers to concentrate more in-order to increase the revenue.
Project Management and Client Servicing – Handled end-to-end Project management for multiple
projects. The tasks include project brief from the client, communicating the requirements to internal
team, gathering further information from the client as per the team’s requirement, framing the time
lines and resource requirements for the project, continuously monitoring the progress of the project,
regular client meetings to show case the progress and discuss further action plan, taking feedback on
the progress and passing it on to the team for improvement, deciding the milestones of delivery and
delivering the tasks accordingly, ensuring on-time delivery of the project.
App engagement and web engagement campaign for a client in OTT field with a budget worth 700K
per month – Analyzing the subscriber behavior and finding relevant targeting to target in the campaign
to achieve more subscriptions from the prospects. Bucketing the audience based on the content
consumption behavior and target each segment with relevant message.
Clinical trial campaigns for various pharma companies in the US through an agency – Research about
the clinical trial study in case, identify the behavioral patterns of the people suffering from the study.
Define a strategy to target prospects based on the Research and observations. Study the user flow on
the website and implement a retargeting strategy to convert the users who have visited the website
and dropped off
