Project Profile:
The scope of this project included multiple integration areas between the P&G Life & Career Portal/KM solution and IBM’s standard technology solutions.
Key Highlights:
Involved in testing all the newly implemented features in P&G Life & Career such as "Agent Role" and the ability to present the “Create Case, Answered Questions” tool bar when the Agent is logged into the P&G Life and Career Portal, Portal to call a web service allowing P&G employees to check the status of an existing case online, Portal to include an icon / link to invoke Chat session with IBM agent in English.
Reviewed the Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specification (SRS) and developed test cases for each functional requirement.

The scope of this project included implementation of portal application along with Knowledge Management which would serve as an alternative to their current intranet site (my.pg.com), to provide the end user with an intuitive integrated E2E service, relevant up-to-date content, ease of navigation and ease in searching the needed documents. In the first phase it was developed and implemented for one pilot country and in subsequent phase it was rolled out for 76 countries.
Key Highlights:
Worked closely with SAP Configuration Team to create manual test scripts, scenarios, test data and test conditions in Quality Centre.
Testing of various tools like Utility for easy navigation and Orphan XML deletion tools.
Testing of the XML forms and XML content displayed on these forms.

The product incorporates various features to make it easier for controllers to interact and control the environment using a Human Machine Interface (HMI), which is adapted to customer requirements. The presentation of data in a user-friendly way gives the Controllers ample time to make quality management decisions, thereby enhancing safety and contributing to system cost effectiveness.
Key Highlights:
Involved in testing Air Traffic Control System which included HMI (Human Machine Interface) and ODS (Operator Input and Display System).
Configured test environment for Test Cases, and test data, and executed manual test cases, document results and updated on SharePoint
