I am a passionate and adaptable professional with hands-on experience in three dynamic fields: customer service, talent acquisition, and education. With a strong foundation in communication and people skills, I bring a versatile approach to every role I take on.

My journey began as a Customer Service Representative, where I developed exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. I handled client concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty through each interaction. Working in fast-paced environments taught me to think quickly, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.

I later transitioned into the Talent Recruitment field, where I helped connect individuals to meaningful career opportunities. My responsibilities included candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. I particularly enjoyed aligning people’s potential with the right roles and contributing to their growth within the company. This experience honed my attention to detail, decision-making, and ability to assess people’s strengths quickly.

My most rewarding experience, however, has been working as a Public Elementary School Teacher. As an educator, I guided young learners by creating engaging lesson plans and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. I am skilled in curriculum planning, classroom management, and adapting teaching strategies to fit students' diverse learning needs. Being a teacher taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of nurturing not only minds but also hearts.

Across all roles, one thing remains constant—my dedication to providing meaningful service, whether it’s to clients, candidates, or students. I bring a learner’s mindset, a heart for service, and a results-driven attitude to every opportunity.
