I’m fully self-taught. Everything I know comes from doing the work, solving problems others walked away from, and keeping operations running under pressure.

On the support side, I’ve handled Amazon A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, refunds, reviews, and backend issues. I managed 100+ tickets per day across tools like Richpanel, Gorgias, and Freshdesk, while keeping CSAT high and customer friction low. I’ve also owned Shopify support pipelines and resolved escalations without supervision.

On the web side, I work across Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, and Squarespace. I don’t just design—I optimize, launch, and fix what breaks.

I’ve:

✅ Staged and migrated WordPress.com sites manually without cPanel or plugins.

✅ Resolved DNS and SSL issues with complex hosting setups like Crazy Domains.

✅ Launched complete Shopify storefronts including layout, SEO, copy, product uploads, upsells, and bundles.

✅ Trained and managed a Shopify design team to deliver 7 dropshipping stores per week.

✅ Ran fulfillment, fraud checks, and supplier coordination for multiple ecommerce brands at once.
