Evaluate pre-payroll source documents, prepare and enter payroll data.
Ensure timely and accurate calculation of variable sales incentive and performance bonus.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll calculation, bank transition.

In charge for all employee engagement activities including reward & recognition.
Handling performance management system, confirmation & appraisal for entire site.
Compliance aspects such as ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity, grievance, disciplinary, maternity leaves etc.
Responsible for payroll processing through matrix time attendance and Payroll Software.
