I have worked for Siemens Information Processing System for 3.5 years, I began as a customer relationship officer, have then got promoted as a process trainer, have worked in both voice and non-voice processes, this gives me a experience in a wide range of task. Working in a voice process has taught me very effective communicative skills such as reading and understanding information, writing, speaking, listening, questioning, negotiating, using technology effectively,following directions, maintaining records, organizing information.
The changing roles in the company gave me an opportunity to work with many people and made me good in multi tasking.
