Production Coordinator [Scheduling Department]
- Key Roles & Accountabilities:
- Runs the production side of the company in the scheduling department
in concert with the HOD (who is also the owner of the company).
- Responsible for Production and LinkedIn schedules, keeping them up to
date and scheduling clients as per standard operating procedure.
- Liaises with clients to gather relevant information needed to complete
their project.
- Communicates with clients on general queries via email and
telephonically.
- Gathers client information and compiles writer assignments for writers
to complete the client’s CV.
- Proofreads and aligns documents received back from writers.
- Sends finalised projects to clients as scheduled.
- Updates LinkedIn profiles with client’s CV and uploads relevant CV’s to
recruitment websites (as per arrangement with client).
