Suzanne Mason

I have a super diverse skill set, but everything I do stems from my passion for helping others. I am a nurse by trade and spent 6 years in nursing leadership where I developed an eye for process improvement, streamlining, automating, and developing systems to measure and track improvements. During that time I also learned a lot about leading people and change management. I was once known as “the fixer” as I had a way of solving complex interdepartmental problems.

I offer general administrative and organizational services, as well as business management which in addition to managing operations, including process improvement, recruitment, lead generation, market research, tracking and trending data, policies procedures, competency validation, audits, learning strategies, and more.

I also have a very creative and entrepreneurial side and offer some graphic design, brand development, and website design services. I love creating newsletters, flyers, infographics, and more!

I LOVE learning and strive to always be teachable and learning new things.
