Sushila

I am Sushila Mohane, an M.Tech graduate in Computer Science with a total of 7 years of professional experience. I started my career in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Executive, where I worked for 4 years and developed strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Later, I transitioned into IT and have been working as a Manual Test Engineer for the past 3 years.

In my current role, I specialize in Functional, Sanity, and Smoke Testing of web and mobile applications. I am skilled in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting, and ensuring end-to-end quality of applications. I also have basic knowledge of API Testing and Performance Testing using JMeter, and I have cleared the ISTQB Foundation Level Certification. Currently, I’m also learning Automation Testing to further grow in the QA field.

I’m a quick learner, highly dedicated to my work, and always eager to take on new challenges that help me grow both technically and professionally.
