Susana Velazquez

My name is Susana Velázquez, I’m a 39 years old entrepreneur and an accomplished Business Developer and Consultant, proud to have gained more than 16 years of experience due to all my work with a wide diversity of businesses, innovative and complex businesses and through the launching of innovative products. Since I am also passionate about the development of new ideas, I've mentored projects, invested in companies and toughed young entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.

I’ve started my freelance activity as Business Developerwhen I realized that this label has been almost “forced” onto me by friends, colleagues and also clients, based on my very broad entrepreneurship experience gained, training acquired, awards, public speeches, and developed courses for entrepreneurs.

• Relationship management skills with decision-makers, stakeholders, sponsors, supporters, users and customers, technology suppliers, vendors and partners.

I began my career has a scientist (Biologist), but I was always focused on transforming science into business, taking "that" discovery to the next level :), after beginning my public speaking about it and trying to change the scholars mentality, I invested my time in developing coaching skills, management skills, strategy skills, creative thinking, among others. When I felt prepared I opened my own business 16 years ago to support entrepreneurs and different stages of businesses, seed/early/growth stage, and I've been a Happy Business Developer since I begun.
