Hope you are doing well. I am Suryansh, currently working in Noida, India, at All e Technologies as an Associate Consultant (D-365 CRM), and I have knowledge of both the technical and functional aspects of Microsoft CRM. 

I have approximately 3 years of work experience in D-365 CRM, where I worked on the four different client projects globally and the company's internal project related to Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and SharePoint. 

My key responsibilities are:

1. Customization and Development: Build and optimize CRM solutions by configuring entities, forms, workflows, security roles, and business logic. Developing custom plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows to enhance system functionality. 
2. Process Automation: Designed and implemented automated approval processes, lead management pipelines, and workflow optimizations, improving operational efficiency. 
3. Data Management and Migration: Led data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and smooth transitions across environments. Performed bulk data updates, debugging, and break fixes to maintain CRM integrity. 
4. System Integration: Integrated SharePoint and Power Apps with Dynamics 365 CRM, improving data synchronization and operational workflows. 
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaged with global teams and end users, gathering requirements, providing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution. Delivered project updates, troubleshooting support, and documentation. 
6. Performance and Scalability Enhancements: Optimized CRM systems for better performance, scalability, and user experience, ensuring business needs were met efficiently.
