I am a seasoned Product Management professional with over a decade of experience across global financial services companies, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Custody Product at State Street Corporation in Bangalore. My career has been defined by a commitment to excellence, a deep understanding of product management, and a passion for driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

In my current role at State Street Corporation, I lead the Custody Product team, where I am responsible for setting department objectives, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational effectiveness. A key aspect of my role is managing client relationships, which involves scheduling and conducting regular tracker calls to discuss and resolve any pending issues. My ability to anticipate client needs and deliver timely solutions has consistently resulted in high levels of client satisfaction.

I am also deeply involved in the Quality Control (QC) processes, working closely with Client Service, Global Delivery, and Joint Venture Partners to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality. My expertise in advanced data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI allows me to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, which I use to support data-driven decision-making.

Prior to my tenure at State Street, I honed my product management skills at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where I served as a Process Lead in the BPS Product Management division. In this role, I was instrumental in managing stakeholder relationships, driving the development and enhancement of product functionalities, and ensuring seamless communication across development and QA teams. My responsibilities included gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and leading projects from conception through to post-launch support.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong analytical mindset, an ability to solve complex problems, and a commitment to continuous learning. My certifications in Product Management from Cornell University, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) have equipped me with a robust skill set that I bring to every project I undertake.
