Cards Authorization System (EAS):
The Enhanced online authorization system (EAS) is an online application designed to support the
cardholder and merchant functions of the authorization process. It operates in a real-time file
update environment. In this configuration, the system is in contact with the associations 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. This features provides the end user with immediate response to
request for authorization requests and support for both issuer and acquirer processing.

Low level design from functional requirement of the mandates provided by
association.
•
Writing online and batch COBOL programs to achieve the requirement.
•
Perform Unit testing by triggering auth/reversal txn from VISA/MC simulators.
•
Certification testing with Associations for their mandates.
GDLM Batch support Associate L1/ L2 Support:
As a L1/L2 support, I do the initial triage of the issue and provide fix for batch abends. Some of the
common fixes done by Second Level Support are data correction, job restart, batch report
extraction etc.

Programming and analysis skills in an IBM Mainframe

Research and troubleshooting of Mainframe Online & Batch abends.

Handled on-call support for identifying the solutions for Mainframe job
