Infosys BPO Limited - Multimedia Developer, 2015 - 2017 Details of Projects Cunningham’s Diary: (Gamification) This an e-Learning entirely created from scratch including storyboard, for an Insurance Topic as a part of project value add. The Insurance topic is entirely gamified with scenario-based flow of module. The scene and the characters are created using vector graphics look and feel. With the multiple choice questions , which when user correctly answers gets the brownie points 1. Health & Safety 2. Information and Cyber Security 3.Stress Management (Mandatory Modules) This is a mandatory topic as a part of general awareness for the client’s employees on well-being ,ergonomics and Cyber Security. All the slides are built using vector graphics. Characters and Mascots are built through Photoshop. The module also included Multiple Choice Question with pass percentage and a certificate would be generated based on the individual user score. Claims and Policies: (Core Topics) There are many e-Learning requirement handled with the team under Claims and Policies Training for all levels of Client’s employee base. It was a great team work experience. My contribution was to include creation, insertion and syncing videos into the slides (Micro-Learning). This fetched me, Client Award and appreciation. License to Lead: (Soft Skills) This is Soft skills training with e-Learning approach for Client’s Mid-management. The target audiences were fundamentally Managers, Leads and Supervisors. This is an interactive module with case-studies along with supporting materials incorporated such as hand-outs and how-to-guides. Video-based Captivate e-Learning modules: (For lengthy modules) This is a vector graphics created in Photoshop, converted to flash-based animation with audio integration. Storyboarding: (Instructional Design) This is the process where I have created the outline of the modules, to be built by the developer further. This includes the instructions for the developer and the appropriate images. This was much appreciated and was awarded too.
