Performed miRNA analysis of 5 random miRNAs in HepG2 cell line ( doxorubicin treated vs untreated) Performed western blotting analysis in HepG2 cells under doxorubicin treatment to check the effect of DNA damage in protein levels , those involved in miRNA biogenesis machinery.
