Oversees, plans, and forecasts paid and unpaid examination projects, (approximately $1.5 million)
Identifies process improvements for more efficient and appropriate cost recovery, capitalizing on staff strengths

Determines staff workload and assign project work at the level appropriate for staff tenure or stretch assignments.
