I am working freelancer with over 5 years of work experience in Internal Audit and Event Management. After graduation I applied in KPMG, one of the Big 4 accounting firms across globe and was working with them as Risk Analyst in Risk Consulting practices.

During the tenure with KPMG, I was entrusted with responsibilities to understand business processes and create/ convert them into documented process flows. Further I have steered and managed execution of auditing engagements across 39 cities of India. Success at these projects helped me to further gain immense experience working with clients from USA, UAE, Canada, UK, Japan, China, Australia and Singapore.

My business communication skills along with working patterns, habits, working styles were tested and that helped me improve as per international standards. Along the stint I also became an expert operating all the MS Office Tools including:

- MS Word,

- MS Excel,

- MS PowerPoint,

- MS Visio etc.

I have good experience in preparing audit finding presentations, product features presentation, maintaining data in understandable and reusable manner.

I am expert in using Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets too. I also have good experience of Converting/ Transferring data from PDF to Word, Excel or Vice Versa, and physical data (on paper) to digital libraries.

As per one of the free Typing Speed Test online, my typing speed is 40wpm with 95% accuracy.

Further I have worked as an Event Manager (Freelance) with 3 out of Top 5 Event Agencies in India. I love the thrill and challenges taking me out of my comfort zone along with options of advancement or say benefits this industry brings. For sure I have improved or mastered or learned any of the below skills:

- Interpersonal Skills

- Being flexible – not only with time but in approach as well which come in state of flux and things changes at a drop of a hat.

- Be Energetic – For sure it’s demanding but I love to deal with every challenges with zest and passion.

- Time Management Skills – This allowed me to understand how I prioritize work and be more productive, achieving better results in limited time period.

- Eye for detailing – OH..Minute details matters! A LOT! I developed keen sense of observation and prevented small things from blowing up and turning into a big issues.

- Being Tech Savvy – I became more tech savvy as that allowed me to get things done faster and also making me and efficient/ productive event manager.

Both my careers till now (luckily) allowed me to interact with people in key decision making positions. I have presented reports, discussed matters and resolutions with CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CHROs etc in these few years.
