Total exp is 15+ yrs in IT field, in which 10 yrs as Manual test analyst and 7 yrs as Data Analyst

As a Manual tester, the following responsibilities are performed:

• Conducted manual testing of software web/ desktop/ applications like Banking, CRM, ERP based.
• Preparing / reviewing test cases and test scenarios
• Analysing client requirements, participating in preparing test plans,

               and preparing test scenarios

• Preparing test cases for module, integration and system testing
• Preparing test data sets for test cases, preparing test environments to execute test cases, Defect tracking
• Writing SQL queries for database testing
• Interacting with internal / external clients
• Actively participating and contributing to team discussions on problem solving methods 
• Years of experience in writing high quality test cases for new features added and enhancing existing test suite
• Expertise in different types of testing i.e. Functional, Regression, Sanity and Smoke, System, End to End, Retesting, Exploratory, Adhoc, API testing, GUI testing
• Knowledge of Mobile testing, Webservices testing, Security testing, Agile testing
• Expertise in OS/ browser compatibility testing, and AUT deployment in various servers like UNIX, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, AOL
• Good understanding of testing processes and the ability to formulate strong test strategy / plan
• Ability to use any defect tracking tool to report defects
• Working knowledge of SDLC models and SDLC documentation processes
• Reviews functional requirements and manual test cases for completeness
• Onsite visit to Germany, UK London, for project discussion.

As a Data Analyst faculty, the following responsibilities are performed:

• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques
• Translate analysis and insights into ongoing management and technical reports
• Develop and implement data collection and data analytics strategies that optimizes statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing compute reports and performance indicators to locate and correct data quality issues
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Thrive in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborate and build relationships with product owners, engineers, development teams, architects, operations partners, and business clients
• Establish, and regularly update, multi-phase delivery roadmap
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, QlikView, etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Proven ability in developing relationships with stakeholders, communicating project/program status, and understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiative
